The Growing Beyond event is an exclusive event for Pokémon GO Trainers in Japan and Korea. The event is scheduled to start on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. It will continue until Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
Trainers in Japan and Korea can benefit from the following event bonuses.
- 2× Lure Module duration
- Increased Candy XL for successfully catching Pokémon with Nice Throws or better
Lure Module and Incense* Encounters
Eevee, the Evolution Pokémon, will be attracted to Lure Module and Incense* throughout the event. Trainers may encounter Shiny Eevee if lucky.
*excluding Daily Adventure Incense
Raids
Rockruff, the Puppy Pokémon, will be available in One-Star Raids throughout the event. Trainers may encounter Shiny Rockruff if lucky.
Field Research
Tandemaus, the Couple Pokémon, will be available as rewards after completing certain Field Research tasks throughout the event. Trainers may encounter Shiny Tandemaus if lucky.
Furthermore, some other Field Research tasks will reward either Tandemaus Candy or Rockruff Candy, depending on which task was completed.
Timed Research
Event-themed Timed Research will be available. Trainers will earn the following after completing related tasks.
- 125 Tandemaus Candy
- 3,500 Stardust
- 10 Pinap Berry
- 1 Incense
- An encounter with Tandemaus
