The April 2025 Ticketed event is going to start on Friday, April 4, at 10:00 a.m. local time. It is going to be available until Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time. You will need the Power Up Ticket for April 2025 to access the event.
As a ticketed event, Trainers will be able to purchase the Power Up Ticket for April 2025 from Tuesday, April 1, 2025, local time. This ticket grants you access to a seasonal event – the latest Season of Pokémon GO tagged Might and Mastery.
April 2025 Ticketed Event Bonuses
The Power Up ticket for April 2025 will help Trainers get the most out of Might and Mastery by granting bonuses such as the following.
- One (1) additional Candy XL awarded to Trainers level 31 and up for completing Raid Battles and Max Battles!
- 3× XP awarded for the first catch of the day.
- 3× XP awarded for the first PokéStop or Gym spin of the day.
- Open up to 50 Gifts per day.
- Receive up to 150 Gifts per day from spinning PokéStop and Gym Photo Discs.
- Hold up to 40 Gifts in your Item Bag.
You need these bonuses for the following reasons.
- Candy XL helps you power up your Pokémon above their level 40.
- 3x XP helps you accumulate more experience points (XP). You need more XP to increase your Trainer level.
- Opening more Gifts per day helps you to get items such as Balls, Berry, etc. You need these to catch Pokémon, and so that you don’t run out of them when you need them. For US$4.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to purchase the ticket and have access to the bonuses and Timed Research opportunities throughout April until Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
Trainers can also gift tickets to any of their Pokémon GO friends that they have achieved a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher with. The Power Up Ticket for April 2025 will only be available in the in-game shop until April 11, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
Furthermore, if you want to. You can purchase the Power Up Ticket Ultra Ticket Box via the Pokémon GO Web Store for US$9.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency) to receive a Power Up Ticket for both April 2025 and May 2025, plus 100 PokéCoins at no additional cost.
