Carnival of Flamigo event in Pokémon GO!

The Carnival of Flamigo event features the debut of Flamigo, the Synchronize Pokémon. The event starts on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. It will continue until Sunday, February 8, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. local time. Trainers have a chance to encounter Flamigo in the wild, and as a reward for completing Research Tasks.

Flamigo is a Flying- and Flying-type Pokémon.

In Pokémon GO, its stats are as follows.

• PokéDex number: 973 (Generation 9 – Paldea region).
• Weakness: It is weak to Electric-, Fairy-, Flying-, Ice-, and Psychic-type attacks.
• Strength: It resists Bug-, Ground-, Dark-, Fighting-, and Grass-type attacks.
• Maximum Combat Power (CP): 3117 CP
• Best Attacks: Double Kick as a Fast Attack. Brave Bird as a Charged Attack.
• Favorable weather: its encounters and attacks are boosted during Windy or Cloudy weather in-game.
• Perfect IVs: a 100% IV Flamigo encountered as a raid reward has 1575 CP (during non-boosted weather conditions) or 1969 CP (when weather-boosted). If a perfect Flamigo is encountered as a research reward, it will have 1181 CP. 
• Size: The smallest (XXS) Flamigo has a height of 0.78 m. The tallest (XXL) Flamigo has a height of 2.8 m. To win Flamigo PokéStop Showcases, enter your Flamigo whose height is between 2.4 m and 2.8 m

The other details are as follows.
