December 2025 Community Day (Day 1)

The December 2025 Community Day (Day 1) is on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. During these hours, Pokémon from the Community Days in 2025 will return for an end-of-the-year celebration!

December 2025 Community Day 1 Featured Pokémon

Different sets of Pokémon will be featured on each event day — Saturday, December 6, and Sunday, December 7, 2025 — from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. These Pokémon have the same chance of appearing as Shiny as those that appeared during the previous Community Days. Additionally, these Pokémon may appear outside of the event hours. Meaning, they may appear from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. local time on either day.

The following Pokémon will be featured on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.

• Karrablast
• Shelmet
• Vanillite
• Sprigatito
• Fuecoco
• Pawmi

Furthermore, during the last ten minutes of each hour between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, Trainers may encounter these Pokémon in the wild.

• Machop
• Eevee
• Totodile
• Ralts

December 2025 Community Day 1 Bonuses

Trainers participating in the event will have access to the following bonuses.

• Limited-time Evolution requirement for evolving Eevee into its Evolutions
• Limited-time Evolution requirement for evolving Floette into Florges
• Limited-time Evolution requirement for evolving Pawmo into Pawmot
• 2× XP for catching Pokémon.
• 2× Stardust for catching Pokémon.
• 1/2 Hatch Distance when Eggs are placed into Incubators during the event period.
• 2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
• 2× chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon.
• Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours.
• Lure Modules activated during the event will last for one hour.
• One additional Special Trade can be made, for a maximum of three per day.
• Trades made during the event will require 50% less Stardust.

It is important to know that the limited-time evolution requirements will return to the usual requirements on December 7, 2025, at 9:00 p.m. local time. Likewise, prior progress made on the usual requirements will reset when the event begins. Furthermore, the lure module, special trade and trade bonuses will be active from 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 6 until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 7, 2025.

December 2025 Community Day 1 Featured Attacks

Eevee caught or hatched during the event will know the Charged Attack Last Resort. Furthermore, the following featured attacks will be available when evolving these Pokémon during the event days, from Saturday, December 6, at 9:00 a.m. to Sunday, December 7, at 9:00 p.m. local time.

• Evolve Machoke (Machop’s Evolution) to get a Machamp that knows the Charged Attack Payback.
• Evolve Eevee into any of its Evolutions
  • Vaporeon will know the Charged Attack Scald.
  • Jolteon will know the Charged Attack Zap Cannon.
  • Flareon will know the Charged Attack Superpower.
  • Espeon will know the Charged Attack Shadow Ball.
    • You will be able to evolve Eevee into Espeon after walking 1 km with the Eevee as your buddy
  • Umbreon will know the Charged Attack Psychic.
    • You will be able to evolve Eevee into Umbreon after walking 1 km with the Eevee as your buddy
  • Leafeon will know the Fast Attack Bullet Seed.
  • Glaceon will know the Charged Attack Water Pulse.
  • Sylveon will know the Charged Attack Psyshock.
    • You will be able to evolve Eevee into Sylveon after earning seven hearts with the Eevee as your buddy

• Evolve Croconaw (Totodile’s Evolution) to get a Feraligatr that knows the Charged Attack Hydro Cannon.
• Evolve Kirlia (Ralts’s Evolution) to get a Gardevoir or Gallade that knows the Charged Attack Synchronoise.
• Evolve Duosion (Solosis’s Evolution) to get a Reuniclus that knows the Fast Attack Charm.
• Evolve Vanillish (Vanillite’s Evolution) to get a Vanilluxe that knows the Charged Attack Avalanche.
• Evolve Karrablast to get an Escavalier that knows the Charged Attack Razor Shell.
• Evolve Shelmet to get an Accelgor that knows the Charged Attack Energy Ball.
• Evolve Floette (Flabébé’s Evolution) to get a Florges that knows the Charged Attack Chilling Water. You will be able to evolve Floette into Florges after earning seven hearts with the Floette as your buddy

• Evolve Floragato (Sprigatito’s Evolution) to get a Meowscarada that knows the Charged Attack Frenzy Plant.
• Evolve Crocalor (Fuecoco’s Evolution) to get a Skeledirge that knows the Charged Attack Blast Burn.

Completing the Special Research tasks grants encounters with Pokémon featured in previous Community Days and Community Day Classics in 2025, one Elite Charged TM, one Elite Fast TM, one Rocket Radar, and more!

• Field Research: Completing the free field research leads to encounters with Pokémon featured in previous Community Days in 2025.

• Collection Challenges: Complete the catch-focused Collection Challenges to receive Stardust and XP.

• Community Ambassador Timed Research: There will be events hosted by Community Ambassadors. You can attend one of these events to meet with other Trainers in your area. You can find these locations with the Niantic Campfire App. Checking in to any of these events, after you get to the location, will reward you with a Timed Research. Completing the Timed Research leads to additional encounters with featured Pokémon as well as other premium item rewards.
