Research Day event-themed Research

The following event-themed research will be available during the Pokémon GO Fuzzy Buddy Research Day event.

  • Field Research Tasks will be available. Completing the research tasks will award Trainers encounters with the event-themed Pokémon and more

  • Paid Timed Research will be available for Trainers to purchase. For US$2.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), Trainers can play through a branching Special Research. You will be able to select your choice of Pokémon to encounter. After completing your first Timed Research, you can select another choice from the featured ‘Pet’ Pokémon for a second Timed Research opportunity.

Enjoy this event and, do make the best use of it. Also, as a reminder, there will be PokéStop Showcases available during the event. However, this event is not an event you should grind hard. It is heavily research-focused. This means you will need a lot of PokéStops. Don’t worry if you can’t get to a lot.
