Hisuian Zorua, the Spiteful Fox Pokémon, and its Evolution, Hisuian Zoroark, will make their Pokémon GO debuts! Trainers will be able to encounter the Spiteful Fox Pokémon from Tuesday, July 8, at 10:00 a.m. local time until Sunday, July 13, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
Hisuian Zorua is a dual-type (Normal and Ghost) Pokémon. It can be evolved into Hisuian Zoroark with 50 Zorua Candy.
Event Bonuses
Trainers participating in this event will have access to the following bonuses.
- 4× XP for catching Pokémon.
- 4× Stardust for catching Pokémon.
- Increased chance to encounter Shiny Hisuian Voltorb and Shiny Hisuian Qwilfish.
- Increased chance to encounter Shiny Unown U from raids.
Space-Time Anomalies Return!
Keep an eye for mysterious phenomena appearing in-game during this event. The space-time anomalies are connecting our world to the distant past, and you might encounter different Pokémon when they appear. In addition, there will be a special Collection Challenge during the event. You can complete it by catching Pokemon that appear from space-time anomalies.

The following Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild.

- Hisuian Voltorb
- Magikarp
- Hisuian Qwilfish
- Starly
- Croagunk
- Petilil
- Hisuian Zorua
- Rufflet
- Bergmite
- Sneasel, Larvitar, and Bagon will also be in the wild but less frequently.
Raids
The following event-themed Pokémon will appear in their respective raid tiers.
- One Star Raids: Hisuian Growlithe, Unown U, and Hisuian Sneasel
- Three-Star Raids: Hisuian Braviary, Hisuian Avalugg, Wyrdeer, and Kleavor
Research Tasks and Rewards
There will be different research tasks and rewards as follows.
- Field Research Tasks and Rewards. Event-themed Field Research tasks will be available. Complete the Field Research tasks to earn XP, Stardust, and encounters with event-themed Pokémon. What you earn will depend on the task you complete.
- Collection Challenges. Complete the event-themed Collection Challenges to receive XP, Stardust, and encounters with Hisuian Zorua.
