The List of Permaboosted Shiny Pokémon in Pokémon GO
Permaboosted Shiny Pokémon exist in Pokémon GO. These are Pokémon that have a higher chance of being shiny when they are encountered. They are permaboosted because they have a permanently higher-than-usual chance of appearing as their Shiny variant.
These Permaboosted Shiny Pokémon have around a 1 in 64 chance to appear as shiny when encountered. This is unlike non-permaboosted Pokémon that have around a 1 in 512 chance of appearing as shiny.
The permaboost applies when these Pokémon are encountered in the wild, hatched, as a research reward, and when encountered as a raid reward.
Explaining the Odds
Before we get to the list of the permaboosted Pokémon, a 1 in 64 chance to appear as shiny means you have about 1.56% opportunity to find a shiny variant of a particular Pokémon. This means one of the Pokémon out of 64 encounters of the same Pokémon may be shiny. It could also mean that you have 64 chances for one of the Pokémon encounters to appear as shiny.
I like how someone else explained it. “It is like rolling a 64-sided die and hoping for a ‘1’.” However, you may need more attempts. This is because luck varies. Likewise, “it is not a guarantee that you get a ‘1’ as you’re just rolling the dice again each time.”

Legendary Pokémon Shiny Rate
As you may have noticed, no Legendary (including Mythical and Ultra Beasts) Pokémon were included in the list above. This is because it is generally known that these legendary Pokémon have a 1 in 20 chance to appear as shiny when encountered as a raid or max battle reward.
