The Pokémon Concierge Celebration event in Pokémon GO follows the new concierge Haru as she grows through interactions with Pokémon guests. You can watch the new episodes as they’ll launch September 4, 2025 on on Netflix.
Furthermore, there will be a celebration event for Pokémon Concierge. The celebration event is on Tuesday, September 9, at 10:00 a.m. local time. It will continue until Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
Pokémon Concierge Celebration Event in Pokémon GO
Psyduck with a swim ring will make its debut in Pokémon GO during the event. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one. It will be available as an encounter in the wild. In addition, Trainers may also encounter Sealeo, and other event-themed Pokémon in the wild.
Event Bonuses
Trainers participating in the event will have access to the following bonuses.
- 2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
- Your Buddy Pokémon will bring you items more often.
- Increased chance to encounter Shiny Psyduck with a swim ring
- Psyduck with a swim ring caught from a wild encounter may have an event-themed Special Background—if you’re lucky!
- You might have a surprise encounter with Pokémon and characters seen in Pokémon Concierge when you take a snapshot during the event!
Raids
The following Pokémon will appear in their respective raid tiers
- One-Star Raids: Pikachu, Magikarp, and Shinx
- Three-Star Raids: Arcanine, Dragonite, and Luxray
To spice up the celebration event in Pokémon GO, there will be different research tasks and rewards as follows.
- Field Research tasks and rewards. Complete these tasks to earn encounters with event-themed Pokémon
- Free Timed Research tasks and rewards. These tasks will focus on catching Pokémon and taking snapshots of wild Pokémon. Completing these tasks will reward you with Stardust, encounters with event-themed Pokémon, and more.
- Paid Timed Research tasks and rewards. For US$4.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to access event-exclusive Timed Research. Complete the tasks to earn 5,000 Stardust, an event-themed avatar pose, encounters with Psyduck with a swim ring, and more!
Furthermore, a new avatar item (Pokémon Concierge Haru’s Aloha Shirt) will be available for free in the in-game shop during the event and will continue to be available after the event ends.
