The Pokémon GO 2025 Week 23 is going to start on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. local time and continue until Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. local time. This week is the beginning of another new season of Pokémon GO. There are new activities planned for the new week that you should be prepared for.
Pokémon GO 2025 Week 23 Activities
Main Events
- The Serene Retreat event continues until Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
- Gigantamax Cinderance will be making its debut in Pokémon GO during the Instrumental Wonders event. This event starts on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time and continues until Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time. This event will run concurrently with the in-person GO Fest happening in New Jersey City, USA.
- Please note that Gigantamax Cinderace will be available in Max Battles from Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 6:00 a.m. local time. It will be until Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 9:00 p.m. local time.
Raids
- Mega Altaria will still be in Mega raids until Thursday, June 5, 2025, 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Mega Abomasnow will then be in Mega raids from Thursday, June 5, 2025, 10:00 a.m. local time until Saturday, June 14, 2025, 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Tapu Bulu will still be in Five-Star raids until Thursday, June 5, 2025, 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Groudon will then be in Five-Star raids from Thursday, June 5, 2025, 10:00 a.m. local time until Saturday, June 14, 2025, 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Shadow Regice will be available in Five-star Shadow Raids (during the weekends) in the month of June 2025
- Different Pokémon will be available in One-Star and Three-Star raids, depending on this week’s main events.
Raid Hour
- Tapu Bulu (that knows Nature’s Madness as a Charged Attack): Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.
Spotlight Hour
- Spritzee will be featured during the Spotlight hour on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.
- The bonus for this hour is 2x Catch XP per Pokémon. This is the hour you want to grind XP by catching as many Pokémon as you can. Don’t forget to pop two Lucky Eggs that will last you for one hour. Focus on fast-hand catching so you can catch more than you normally will.
Pokémon GO 2025 Week 23 Max Battles
- Dynamax Chansey will be featured during the Max Monday hour on Monday, June 2, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time. Please note that you will start seeing Dynamax Chansey in some Power Spots from 6:00 a.m. local time. However, all Power Spots will host Dynamax Chansey from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.
Pokémon GO 2025 Week 23 GO Battle League
The following Leagues will be available from 4:00 p.m. EST for each start date.
- Great League: until June 10.
- Ultra League: May 27 – June 3.
- Master League: May 27 – June 3.
- Sunshine Cup: Great League Edition: June 3 – June 10
Pokémon GO Season Ticketed Event
- June 2025 Eggs-pedition Access: from Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time until Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
- June 2025 GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe: from Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time until Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
Pokémon GO Reward Road
- June Reward Road: until Saturday, June 30, 2025, at 23:59 UTC.
In addition to the above, there will be PokéStop Showcases throughout this week. These Showcases will be between Monday and Tuesday, and then Saturday and Sunday.
