This week features the debut of Toedscool, Shiny Wiglett, Dynamax Kabuto, and Gigantamax Butterfree. In addition, there are lots more activities you would want to participate in.

Main Events
- The Adventure Week featuring the debut of Toedscool and Shiny Wiglett starts on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, 10:00 a.m. local time. It continues until Sunday, August 3, 2025, 8:00 p.m. local time.
- The Fossil Research Day featuring Tyrunt and Amaura starts on Saturday, August 2, 2025. It is from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
- The Gigantamax Butterfree Max Battle Day is on Sunday, August 3, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
- There will be Timed Research available leading into the event. The Timed Research will be available for all Trainers starting Monday, July 28, 2025. Completing the Timed Research leads to an encounter with a Dynamax Darumaka. These tasks will also award Darumaka Candy and Max Particles to help power up your team.
- The Sweet Swarm featuring Combee and Swirlix is on Sunday, August 3, at 10:00 a.m. to Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time.

- Mega Venusaur will still be in Mega Raids until Monday, July 28, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Mega Aerodactyl will then be in Mega Raids from Monday, July 28, at 10:00 a.m. until Monday, August 4, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Lunala will still be in Five-Star Raids until Monday, July 28, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Virizion will then be in Five-Star Raids from Monday, July 28, at 10:00 a.m. until Monday, August 4, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Shadow Registeel is still in Five-Star Shadow Raids during the weekends of July 2025.
- Shadow Regirock will be in Five-Star Shadow Raids during the weekends of August 2025.
Raid Hour
- Virizion: Wednesday, July 30, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.
Spotlight Hour
- Roggenrola will be featured during the Spotlight hour on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.
- The bonus for this hour is 2x Evolve XP per Pokémon. This is the hour you want to evolve all your Pokémon that you need to evolve. It is also the hour to evolve all the Pokémon that require less candy to evolve. You can search for these using this search string – 0*,1*,2*&519,13,10,16,265,293. You should also use (i) Palkia Spacial Rend for one hour, and (ii) a mega-level 3 Rock-type Pokémon if you want to get more catches and more catch Candy for Roggenrola.
Pokémon GO 2025 Week 31 Max Battles
- Dynamax Kabuto will be featured during the Max Monday hour on Monday, July 28, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time. Please note that you will start seeing Dynamax Kabuto in some Power Spots from 6:00 a.m. local time. However, all Power Spots will host Dynamax Kabuto from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.
- Dynamax Kabuto will also be available in Power Spots till the end of this week – Sunday, August 3, 2025.
- There will also be different Dynamax Pokémon at different Power Spots during the week.

The following Leagues will be available from 4:00 p.m. EST for each start date.
