The Pokémon GO 2025 Week 8 is about to start, at the time of publishing this post. There are activities planned for this week which start on Sunday, February 16th, and end on Saturday, February 22nd.
Pokémon GO Week 8 Activities
The following are what you should look out for during the Pokémon GO 2025 Week 8.
Raids
- Enamorus (Incarnate) is still in Five-Star raids until Monday, February 17 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Yveltal and Xerneas will be in Five-Star raids starting on Monday, February 17 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Mega Tyranitar is still in Mega Raids until Monday, February 17 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Mega Garchomp will be in Mega Raids starting on Monday, February 17 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Shadow Regirock will be in Five-Star Shadow Raids on Sunday, February 16 from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time AND on Saturday, February 22 from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Raid Hour
- Yveltal and Xerneas will be in Five-Star raid hour on Wednesday, February 19 from 6:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. local time.
Max Battles
- Dynamax Machop, Dynamax Falinks, Dynamax Cryogonal, Dynamax Scorbunny, and Dynamax Skwovet are still available in Max Battles until Sunday, February 16 at 9:00 p.m. local time.
- Dynamax Pidove will be featured during Max Monday battles on Monday, February 17 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.
- The following Dynamax Pokémon will be available in Max Battles for the rest of the week from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. each day.
- Dynamax Pidove

- Dynamax Falinks
- Dynamax Grookey

Main Event
- Scattered to the Winds starts on Tuesday, February 18 from 10:00 a.m. and ends on Thursday, February 20 at 8:00 p.m. local time. This event features the debut of Shiny Scatterbug in Pokémon GO. Trainers will also be able to open and send more gifts while hunting for Shiny Scatterbugs. Likewise, trainers will be able to earn more XP from spinning PokéStops.

Research
- The Dual Destiny Special Research continues as the rest of the Special Research (i.e., step 7, and step 8) opens up on Sunday, February 16 from 10:00 a.m. local time.
- The Season (Dual Destiny) long Field Research tasks are still available. You can check out the tasks and rewards.
GO Battle League
- The Master League and Love Cup: Great League Edition continues until Tuesday, February 18 at 4:00 p.m. EST.
- The Great League, Ultra League, and Master League will be available starting on Tuesday, February 18 at 4:00 p.m. EST.
Spotlight Hour
- Inkay will be featured during the Spotlight hour on Tuesday, February 18 from 6:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. local time. Catching Pokémon during this hour will grant trainers 2x XP per catch.
Pokémon GO City Tour: Unova
- The Unova Tour will start in Los Angeles (at the Rose Bowl Stadium) and in Taipei City (at the New Taipei Metropolitan Park) on Friday, February 21 at 9:00 a.m. local time.
In addition to the above, there will be PokéStop Showcases throughout this week. There will be one ending on Sunday, February 16 at 8:00 p.m. local time which features Enamorus (Incarnate). There will be another starting on Wednesday, February 19 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
