Trainers in all the European countries where Pokémon GO is available can take part in the Pokémon GO Lucky Egg-cellent Adventure starting on Thursday, April 2, at 10:00 a.m. local time. The event will end on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
Pokémon GO Lucky Egg-cellent Adventure Event Bonuses
During the event, Chansey caught in the wild will have a chance of holding a Lucky Egg. In addition, there will be an increased chance for Pokémon GO Trainers to encounter Shiny Exeggcute, Shiny Chansey, and Shiny Bunnelby.
Basically, what you should be on the lookout for during the event is Chansey. However, not all Chansey encountered will drop a Lucky Egg when caught. At this time, we do not know what the “chance” (chaney lol) of Lucky Egg drops will be.
Don’t let this event ruin your Easter, if you do celebrate Easter.
Wild Encounters
Pokémon GO Trainers may encounter event-themed Pokémon in the wild. They include Exeggcute, Chansey, and Bunnelby, which, if lucky, may be Shiny.
Event-themed Timed Research
An Egg-cellent Adventure event-exclusive Timed Research will be available throughout the event! You can complete the associated tasks to earn a Lucky Egg, XP, and encounters with Exeggcute.
Please note that Timed Research expires. The tasks associated with this Timed Research must be completed, and their rewards must be claimed before Monday, April 6, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
Stickers
You’ll be able to get event-themed stickers from spinning PokéStops and opening Gifts.
