There are search strings to Mass Transfer in Pokemon GO. The search for the Pokémon to transfer can be tedious and a pain in the a**. I know this because even though I have over 4000 Pokémon storage space. I found a way to do this and I am sharing it.
Search Strings to Mass Transfer in Pokémon GO
To clear my Pokémon storage and mass transfer over 500+ Pokémon at once, I use 0*,1*,2*&age0 then then select all. After which I use 0*,1*,2*&age0&0attack so I can uncheck the ones with 0 attack. I also use 0*,1*,2*&age0&shadow so I can uncheck shadows.
With the steps above, I am left with all the Pokémon I caught within the past 24 hours. These Pokémon are those with less than 3* and shiny. Likewise, I still have Shadow Pokémon on this search result. At this point, I transfer the remaining.

I check the ones left for good PVP IVs and the shadows I can purify with 1000 Stardust I then transfer the remaining.
Currently, you cannot mass transfer shiny Pokémon. So, using the above search strings will not transfer the shinies. You will have to select each and transfer.
To do this, after performing the earlier process, I use 0*,1*,2*&age0&shiny to get the list of the shiny Pokémon that can be transferred individually.
Slower Process
What you have seen above is the faster process to Mass Transfer everything but 3*+ and Shiny. You can do them if you find yourself needing to quickly transfer during big events. However, if you have time before such events, I’d recommend you follow this slower process.
- Check for your weekly nundos using 0attack&0defense&0hp&age-7. Check through this and favorite all of them.
- Check for Pokémon with PVP IVs using the search string 0-1attack&3-4defense&3-4hp&age-7. This shows you Pokémon with good IVs for the GO Battle League that you caught within the past 7 days. Check through this and favorite those you need. Transfer the remaining.
- Check for your weekly ‘greats’ using age-7&shiny,4*. This gives you a list of Shiny and Perfect Pokémon you caught within the past 7 days. Check through this and favorite all of them.
- Check for Shadow Pokémon using the search string age-7&shadow. This shows you the Shadow Pokémon you caught within the past 7 days. Check through this and favorite those you need. Transfer the remaining.
- (Optional) Check for Pokémon you can evolve for 2x evolve XP using the search string 0*,1*,2*&age-7&10,13,16,265,293,519. Favorite them. Wait for 2x evolve XP events or spotlight to evolve them. You can then transfer them after the event.
- Use the search string 0*,1*,2*&age-7, and then select all. Transfer all of these to create more Pokémon storage space.
- Finally, use 3*&age-7 to see all the 3* Pokémon. Go through each, favorite the ones you need, and transfer the remaining.
In conclusion, these search strings are very useful. You should save them. You can do this by going to your recent search. Press on the search string till a screen pops up. Give it a name and save it. You can only save a maximum of 12 search strings.
