As the Season changes into Delightful Days, Trainers will start noticing different Pokémon in Eggs in the different Egg pools! These Pokémon will be specific to different Eggs such as 2 km Eggs, 5 km Eggs, 7 km Eggs, and 10 km Eggs.
The following Pokémon will hatch from Eggs received from either Spinning PokéStops, Spinning Gym discs, or Opening Friends’ Gift.
2 km Eggs | Duskull | Larvesta | Smoliv | Spoink | Togepi |
5 km Eggs | Bruxish | Crabrawler | Komala | Larvesta | Sandygast |
7 km Eggs | Alolan Grimer | Alolan Meowth | Galarian Corsola | Galarian Meowth | Hisuian Voltorb |
10 km Eggs | Charcadet | Dreepy | Frigibax | Lapras | Toxel |
Pokémon in Eggs
Although the Pokémon listed on the table will be in their respective Egg pools, they will not be the only Pokémon hatching from Eggs. Many more Pokémon will be appearing in Eggs depending on the events between Tuesday, June 3, 2025, and Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
In addition, the following Pokémon will be hatching from Eggs received from other means apart from either Spinning PokéStops, Spinning Gym discs, or Opening Friends’ Gift.
5 km Eggs from Adventure Sync Rewards | Anorith | Lileep | Munchlax | Riolu | Skarmory |
7 km Eggs from Route Rewards | Alolan Vulpix | Basculin (White-Striped Form) | Galarian Corsola | Hisuian Sneasel | Pawniard |
10 km Eggs from Adventure Sync Rewards | Bagon | Charcadet | Frigibax | Gible | Jangmo-o |
You can receive the 5 km Eggs (and/or 10 km Eggs) as an Adventure Sync reward if you walk more than 20 km a week and have an open Egg slot on Mondays at 9:00 a.m. local time.
Likewise, since hatching Eggs requires that you walk the Egg distance, you may want to use Incubators to reduce the distance needed to hatch the Egg. Also, pay attention to events featuring bonuses that help to reduce the distance required to hatch an Egg. Combining the knowledge and using it when appropriate helps to maximize Egg hatches.
