Precious Paths GO Pass in Pokémon GO

Precious Paths GO Pass will be available throughout the season. Each month of the Season of Precious Paths will have its GO Pass featuring different Legendary Pokémon, special items, and different rewards.

Precious Paths GO Pass Legendary Pokémon

The Creation Trio, Palkia, Dialga, and Giratina, are the featured Pokémon for the Precious Path monthly GO Pass. All Trainers will be able to catch these Pokémon as rewards in their respective GO Pass.

GO Pass

GO Pass is a limited-time progression track. Trainers can complete Pass Tasks to earn GO Points to increase their rank and earn rewards. Trainers will automatically receive the monthly GO Pass at no cost. Trainers looking for more rewards and faster progression can get the GO Pass Deluxe. The GO Pass Deluxe is a paid version of the GO Pass.

For US$7.99 (or its equivalent in your local currency), you can upgrade to the GO Pass Deluxe, a paid version of the GO Pass that offers upgraded rewards and faster progression. For US$9.99 (or its equivalent in your local currency), you can upgrade to the GO Pass Deluxe + 10 Ranks to also automatically earn enough GO Points to reach Rank 11.

Precious Paths GO Pass Major Milestone Bonuses

When you reach major milestones on your GO Pass, you will unlock the following bonuses.

• Milestone 1 – Tier 1 at Rank 25
  • Open up to 40 Gifts per day.
  • Receive up to 125 Gifts per day from spinning PokéStop and Gym Photo Discs.
  • Hold up to 10 additional Gifts in your Item Bag.
• Milestone 2 – Tier 2 at Rank 50
  • Rank 25 bonuses
  • 2× Daily Adventure Incense duration

• Milestone 3 – Tier 3 at Rank 75
  • Rank 25 bonuses
  • Rank 50 bonuses
  • Additional rewards for completing in-person raids and Max Battles

Trainers who upgrade to the GO Pass Deluxe will have the following bonuses when they reach rank 25.

• Tier 1
  • Open up to 50 Gifts per day.
  • Receive up to 150 Gifts per day from spinning PokéStop and Gym Photo Discs.
  • Hold up to 20 additional Gifts in your Item Bag.

The prior bonuses at Rank 50 and Rank 75 will be added when these Trainers get to the respective major milestones.

December 2025 Precious Paths GO Pass in Pokémon GO

The December 2025 GO Pass will be available for all Trainers from Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Trainers can garner daily and weekly GO Pass Points up until Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Trainers who purchase the GO Pass Deluxe for December will also have until the same day to complete the Pass. Additionally, from Saturday, January 3, at 12:00 a.m. to Sunday, January 4, at 11:59 p.m. local time, there’s no daily limit for how many GO Points you can earn! Rewards unlocked in the GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe will expire on Thursday, January 8, at 10:00 a.m. local time.

December 2025 GO Pass Featured Pokémon and Rewards

Complete Pass Tasks to rank up your GO Pass to earn the following rewards.

• Encounter with Palkia at Rank 100
• Stardust
• XP
• Max Particles
• And even more goodies!

Trainers who upgrade to the GO Pass Deluxe can also earn the following rewards.

• A Timed Incubator at Rank 20. It will expire on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
• One Super Incubator
• Additional encounters with even more Pokémon!
• Premium items, such as Premium Battle Passes, Incense, an Incubator, Lure Modules, and more!

January 2026 Precious Paths GO Pass in Pokémon GO

The January 2026 GO Pass will be available for all Trainers from Tuesday, January 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Trainers can garner daily and weekly GO Pass Points up until Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Trainers who purchase the GO Pass Deluxe for December will also have until the same day to complete the Pass. Additionally, from Saturday, January 31, at 12:00 a.m. to Sunday, February 1, at 11:59 p.m. local time, there’s no daily limit for how many GO Points you can earn! Rewards unlocked in the GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe will expire on Thursday, February 5, at 10:00 a.m. local time.

What’s a Lucky Trinket in Pokémon GO?

A Lucky Trinket is a one-time-use item that can be used to turn one friend from your Friend List into a Lucky Friend. When used, the Lucky Trinket will set the status of you and your chosen friend to Lucky, even if you aren’t Best Friends yet.

When you’re Lucky Friends with someone, the next time you trade with each other, both Pokémon will become Lucky Pokémon. After the trade, your Lucky Friend status will be cleared.

The Lucky Trinket earned as a part of GO Pass: January will expire on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. local time, regardless of when you claimed it.

Please note that you must be at least Great Friends with the Trainer you wish to apply your Lucky Trinket to. You cannot use a Lucky Trinket with a Trainer you are currently Lucky Friends with. Using a Lucky Trinket on a friend does not change the distance at which you can complete a trade. If you do not want to allow other Trainers to use their Lucky Trinkets on you, you can disable this permission in your Settings page.
