Quaxly Community Day is on Sunday, July 20, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Quaxly, the Duckling Pokémon, will be featured during July 2025’s Pokémon GO Community Day. During these hours, Quaxly (a Water-type Pokémon) will appear more frequently in the wild. Also, Shiny Quaxly will make its debut in Pokémon GO. You will encounter Shiny Quaxly if you are lucky.
Quaxly Community Day Featured Attack
During the July 2025’s Community Day, Trainers can evolve Quaxwell (Quaxly’s Evolution) to get a Quaquaval that knows the Charged Attack Hydro Cannon. Likewise, Trainers still have the opportunity to get the exclusive Charged Attack (i.e., Hydro Cannon) until July 27, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. local time.
Hydro Cannon is a Water-type Charged Attack that deals 80 damage in Trainer Battles (PVP), and 90 damage in Gyms and Raid Battles (PVE).
In addition, starting with the event and continuing afterwards, Quaquaval will be able to learn the Charged Attack Aqua Step. Aqua Step is a Water-type Charged Attack that deals 55 damage in PVP and PVE. However, in PVP, it increases the user’s Attack by one stage when used.
Quaxly’s Perfect Stats
One of the most important things you should look out for during the Quaxly Community Day is Quaxly with perfect stats. This is commonly referred to “hundo”. Although it is very difficult to know which Quaxly in the wild is a hundo, there are a few that are guaranteed hundos. These are as follows.
- During weather-boosted in-game conditions (i.e., Rainy), a hundo Quaxly found in the wild will have a 998 CP. This means it will be a level 35.
- During NON-weather-boosted in-game conditions, a hundo Quaxly found in the wild will have a 921 CP. This means it will be a level 30.
- A hundo Quaxly from Research will have a 460 CP. This means it will be a level 15.
In addition to a hundo Quaxly, its evolutions, a hundo Quaxwell will have 761 CP from Research. Whereas, a hundo Quaquaval will have 1293 CP from Research.
