Yamper, the Puppy Pokémon and its evolution, Boltund make its debut in Pokémon GO during the Season on Delightful Days. It will be available in the wild and you can use 50 Yamper Candy to evolve Yamper into Boltund. Their PokéDex numbers are 835 and 836 respectively.
The event featuring Yamper starts on Friday, June 20, at 12:00 a.m. and continues until Sunday, June 22, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. local time.

What is Yamper Pokémon?
It is an electric-type Pokémon that can learn both Electric-type and Dark-type attacks. Its smallest possible size is 0.15m while its biggest possible size is 0.53m. It evolves into Boltund. Boltund is an electric-type Pokémon that can also learn both Electric- and Dark-type attacks. Additionally, both Yamper and Boltund have the following characteristics.
- Buddy distance: 1 km.
- Weakness: Ground-type attacks.
- Resists: Electric-, Flying-, and Steel-type attacks.
- Encounters are boosted in Rainy weather in-game.
- Region: Galar (Generation 8).
- Can be traded.
- Gender: Male or Female.
