- Max Monday Battles: Dynamax battles shift features to introduce Dynamax Rookidee, which becomes available in Max Battles starting today through October 18. Running from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. local time, featuring increased activity and frequency at Power Spots, plus a bonus of 1 Rare Candy XL for completing in-person Max Battles.
- Weekly Challenge: New weekly challenge tasks start at 6:00 p.m PDT. The focus is on PokéStops and Gyms.
- Tuesday, October 13:
- New Event Kickoff: The Fall Marathon: Buddy Trek event begins at 10:00 a.m. local time and runs through October 19 at 8:00 p.m. local time, highlighting walking and buddy-related bonuses.
- Raid Transitions: Current 5-star raid (Yveltal) and Mega Blastoise raids prepare to wrap up ahead of Wednesday’s switchover. However, Shadow Landorus (Incarnate Forme) remains in Five-Star Shadow raids
- GO Battle League rotation: GO Battle League switches over to Great League, Ultra League: Mega Edition, and Little Cup under the Twilight Trails theme starting at 1:00 p.m. PDT.
