I am using the term “legendary” to refer to all Pokémon classified as Legendary, Mythical, and Ultra Beasts in Pokémon GO.
No one asked me this question but I feel like documenting the numbers and types of Legendary Hundos (Perfect or 100% IV Pokémon) I currently have in Pokémon GO. The thought of documenting this after I recently caught a hundo from the Tier 5 legendary raid.
How Many Legendary Pokémon?
I currently have 30 Legendary Hundo Pokémon. This is a really low number considering the fact that I have won 3,812 Legendary raids (the Battle Legend medal). However, I have more near Hundo Legendary Pokémon (more on that later).
What Types of Legendary Hundos Do I Have?
I have 19 types (not Pokémon types) of legendary hundos. This means I have duplicates. Here is the list.
5 Zapdos
I am very happy with this as an Instinct. This is because Zapdos is the team instinct’s mascot. I caught the first one on February 21st, 2021. It is maxed and one of my Best Buddy Pokémon.
I have currently done 184 Zapdos raids of which I have caught 180.
4 Mewtwo
I am also happy with this. I like Mewtwo (who doesn’t?). I caught the first one on June 17th, 2022. Three of the Mewtwo are maxed but all four have been best buddied.
I have currently done 546 Mewtwo raids but caught 537.
3 Heatran
This is not like Zapdos or Mewtwo but I’ll take a legendary hundo any day. I caught the first one on January 12th, 2021. It is almost maxed but best buddied.
I have currently done 87 Heatran raids but caught 79.
2 Cobalion
I caught the first one on July 18th, 2021. It is best buddied and powered up to a CP useful for Pokémon GO Ultra League.
I have currently done 54 Cobalion raids but caught 42.
2 Registeel
Recently catching the second hundo Registeel inspired this content. I caught the first one on June 2nd, 2021. It is best buddied and powered up to a CP useful for Pokémon GO Ultra League.
I have currently done 137 Registeel raids but caught 129.
The other types
I have caught one of each of the remaining 14 types, these are Raikou, Suicune, Lugia, Latios, Kyogre, Groudon, Normal Forme Deoxys, Altered Forme Giratina, Zekrom, Xerneas, Nihilego, Buzzwole, Melmetal, and Zamazenta
Groudon, Normal Forme Deoxys, Altered Forme Giratina, and Zekrom are all maxed and best buddied. Raikou, Lugia, Latios, Kyogre, Xerneas, Nihilego, Buzzwole, and Zamazenta are best buddied but almost maxed.
I have powered up best buddied Suicune a few times but will max it when I have more candies.
Kyogre and Normal Forme Deoxys are SHUNDO!
How Many Near Legendary Hundo Do I Have?
I mentioned earlier that I have more of these. I currently have 58 of these 98 percent IVs! These are as follows.
5 Mewtwo.
3 Registeel (one is shiny, lucky, and best buddied), and Azelf.
2 Articuno, Moltres, Ho-oh, Regirock, Groudon (one is shiny), Deoxys (Defense and Normal Forme), Mesprit, Regigigas, Altered Forme Giratina, Darkrai, Thundurus (both formes), Reshiram, Kyurem (one is shiny), and Tapu Koko (one is shiny).
1 Zapdos, Raikou, Lugia, Kyogre, Uxie (shiny, lucky, and best buddied), Dialga, Palkia, Cresselia, Terrakion, Virizion, Landorus, Genesect, Xerneas, Tapu Bulu, Xukitree, Kartana, Zacian, and Yveltal.
