Trainers have a chance to encounter Oricorio in Field Research, free Timed Research, and paid Timed Research.

Oricorio Catch Mastery Event Details
The other details are as follows.
- Bonus: 2× XP for successfully catching Pokémon with Nice Throws or better; Increased Candy for successfully catching Pokémon with Nice Throws or better; and Increased chance to encounter Shiny Oricorio
- Wild encounters: Hoothoot and Starly will appear more frequently in the wild. They will have an increased chance to be Shiny.
- Field Research Task and encounters: Poké Ball-throwing accuracy’ Field Research tasks will be available. Completing Field Research tasks leads to encounters with event-themed Pokémon.

- Free Timed Research: There will be a free Timed Research for all Trainers. This research will focus on catching Oricorio. Completing this research will reward XP, Startdust, and more encounters with Oricorio, etc.
- Paid Timed Research: For US$1.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to access event-exclusive Timed Research. Purchasing and completing the paid timed research will reward Trainers with XP, Stardust, and more, plus additional encounters with Oricorio.
