The Pokémon GO 2025 Week 32 starts on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. local time and continues until Sunday, August 10, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. local time. This week features the debut of Snom, Shiny Tandemaus, and Dynamax Omanyte in Pokémon GO, a lot of Eggs hatching, and the return of Origin Forme Dialga and Origin Forme Palkia. In addition, there are lots more activities you would want to participate in.
Pokémon GO 2025 Week 32 Activities
Main Events
- The Sweet Swarm event featuring Combee and Swirlix continues until Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
- Snom and Shiny Tandemaus will make their debut in Pokémon GO during the Cozy Companions. This event starts on Wednesday, August 6, at 10:00 a.m. local time. It continues until Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
- Munchlax will be hatching from 2km Eggs during the Hatch Day. This is scheduled for Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
- The week ends with the return of Origin Forme Dialga and Origin Forme Palkia during the Ultra Unlock Raid Day. This is on Sunday, August 10, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.

Raids
- Mega Aerodactyl will still be in Mega Raids until Monday, August 4, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Mega Ampharos will then be in Mega Raids from Monday, August 4, at 10:00 a.m. local time until Monday, August 11, 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Virizion will still be in Five-Star Raids until Monday, August 4, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Lugia will then be in Five-Star Raids from Monday, August 4, at 10:00 a.m. local time until Monday, August 11, 10:00 a.m. local time.
- Shadow Regirock will be in Five-Star Shadow Raids during the weekends of August 2025. It may also appear in Shadow Raids during the Week.
- During this week, there will be different Pokémon appearing in One-Star Raids, Three-Star Raids, One-Star Shadow Raids, and Three-Star Raids.
Raid Hour
- Lugia: Wednesday, August 6, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.
Spotlight Hour
- Swirlix will be featured during the Spotlight hour on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.
- The bonus for this hour is 2x Catch Startdust per Pokémon. This is the hour you want to grind Stardust. You can do this by ensuring you catch as many Pokémon as possible while using Starpieces during the entire hour. You should also use Palkia Spacial Rend for one hour. This Adventure effect helps you see more Pokémon spawn. Also, use a mega-level 3 Fairy-type Pokémon if you want to get more Candy for Swirlix. Likewise, if you have stacked Field Research Pokémon encounters from the Adventure Week event, this is the hour you want to catch all Pokémon with high catch Stardust value.
Pokémon GO 2025 Week 32 Max Battles
- Dynamax Omanyte will be featured during the Max Monday hour on Monday, August 4, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time. Please note that you will start seeing Dynamax Omanyte in some Power Spots from 6:00 a.m. local time. However, all Power Spots will host Dynamax Omanyte from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time.
- Dynamax Omanyte will also be available in Power Spots till the end of this week – Sunday, August 10, 2025.
- There will also be different Dynamax Pokémon at different Power Spots during the week.
Pokémon GO 2025 Week 32 GO Battle League
The following Leagues will be available from 4:00 p.m. EST for each start date.
