Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 Global — Day 2

Dragon Mastery and Dynamax Palkia Debut

As the dust settles from Saturday’s steel-typonslaught, Day 2 of the Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 Global event pivots sharply into the mystic, celestial power of Dragon types. Sunday maintains the high-octane energy of the weekend while introducing shifting habitat priorities, a new Legendary Max Battle debut, and final chances to complete your collection goals.

Sunday shifts the narrative from temporal control to spatial dominance for the second half of the Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 Global event on November 15, 2026. Running from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time. Day 2 leans aggressively into mystic dragon power, shifting habitat spawns, and final collection pushes.

The Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 Global Day 2 Main Event: Dynamax Palkia debuts

Dynamax Palkia Debuts

Day 2 of the event is on Sunday, November 15, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time.

Sunday’s marquee attraction is the global debut of Dynamax Palkia in Max Battles. Palkia is an absolute titan in Master League PvP and raid offense, making Sunday an essential window to harvest Candy XL and hunt for high-IV specimens. Ensure your raid parties are optimized with strong dragon- and fairy-type Gigantamax counters, and keep your fingers crossed for a rare Shiny Dynamax Palkia encounter to match yesterday’s Dynamax Dialga.

Gigantamax Duraludon

Gigantamax Duraludon, the larger-than-life Steel- and Dragon-type Pokémon, will also be in challenging six-star Max Battles. Ticket-holding Trainers can continue completing the event-exclusive Special Research story to earn a guaranteed encounter with a Gigantamax Duraludon that features a Special Background. Lucky players have a chance to encounter a Shiny version.

Meanwhile, three-star raids feature a stylish twist: Machamp wearing a modern jacket, which can also be encountered in its sought-after Shiny form.

Navigating the “Daring as Dragons” Hours during Day 2 of Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 Global

Sunday’s hourly rotations give primary spotlight to the “Daring as Dragons” hours (11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m, 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m, and 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m). Each hour brings an influx of ferocious wild spawns like Onix, Shuckle, Bagon variants, Deino, Goomy, and Jangmo-o. The other hours “Solid as Steel” (10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m, 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m, and 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m) feature Steel-type (and other types) Pokémon.

Mighty Pokémon Returns for the Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 Global

Keep your eyes out for unusually powerful mighty Pokémon appearing in the wild. These high-tier variants feature boosted base stats, tend to be XL or XXL, and possess a frustrating habit of fleeing.

Sunday’s mighty wild spawn pool shifts to feature heavyweights like Hydreigon, Goodra, Tinkaton, Kingdra, Aggron, Azumarill, Ferrothorn, Noivern, and Clodsire. Because these mighty targets are notoriously difficult to capture, hoarding and utilizing your GO Safari Balls is crucial to your success.

Furthermore, ticket-holding Trainers can activate Incense to attract rare regional Unown (D, I, L, W) and the legendary duo Mighty Latias and Latios. Other Mighty Pokémon like Alolan Exeggutor, Scizor, Flygon, Empoleon, Magnezone, and Conkeldurr will be available for all Trainers as Incense encounters.
